In compliance with your communication of the 26th inst. I have the honor to enclose you copies of statements of the difficulty at Camden Willcox Co which occurred on Saturday night the 21st inst. as made by Mr. H. A. Cander and Mr F. D. Mc Caskey which statements I believe to be reliable and embody all the information that I am in possession of 

I supposed that Captain Potter Comd'g Post to whom the matter was referred would immediately report the occurrance and his action and I waited full report from the Agent at Camden to forward you.
