General:-
I have the honor to herewith forward affidavits with reference to the street car disturbance which took place in this city Sunday 16th inst. The affidavits are from the following colored persons:-
(1.) Roderick B Thomas, the one who took his seat in the car. Charged with and fined by Mayor's Court for conduct inciting to riot. 
(2) Norfolk Renderson, charged with disorderly conduct, but discharged
(3) Lucien Lucien, chg'd with inciting to riot and fined
(4) Geo Crawford, ditto as above
(5) Geo Washington, witness at the examination.
(6) Margaret Mitchell chgd with inciting to riot and fined. The fine in this case was re-mitted at my request.

The statements of these affidavits I believe are correct. It was impossible at the examination to get out the evidence with regard to the pistol and the threats and expressions used.
