Then she saw Thomas and some others come out from the crowd of col'd people and asked an office police man Scott to arrest Dorrance; That several different ones, she with the rest pointed out the man Dorrance as the person who struck Thomas but he refused to make such arrest. Then Thomas was arrested Thomas and carried him to the guard house. That when Thomas was brought up before the mayor for trial she came as a witness and was there and then arrested. That she does not know what for. That she was fined 25$ or 20 days. That subsequently she received her money back from the office
