Sub-District of Mobile
Mobile. Ala, May 14th 1867.

O.D. Kinsman
Sub-Asst. Com. Bu of RF & Al.
Montgomery. Ala,

Sir:-
I have the honor to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated May 7th with reference to rent of office for use of branch of Freedmen's Saving and Trust Company located in this city.
The copy of Mr. Woodward's letter, dated May 11th with your endorsement thereon has also been received.
I respectfully report that, in my opinion, it would be well to continue for the present the existing arrangement for the bank, as there are no public buildings in this city where rooms could be rented for the purpose.
The rent of the bank rooms under the present arrangement is fifty $50.00 a month.
Please inform me, if this office is concerned, what arrangement is expected with regard to the vouchers for this rent.
Very Respectfully
