a single Lady, no be cause. I am a Northern Lady & a Loyal one, dear Sir, I ask of you, is there no protection, by law, to a single lady, on her own property a house I built for a school room. and has used it for that purpose. for the last seven years, free of rent to this country, and he judge Swain says it must be sold to pay a claim in his hands and the law cant protect me, the amount of claim was $30.  He has is now $68. Cant I appeal to a higher court.
Please write me a few lines on the subject as soon as possible and much oblige,
