Respectfully returned with the information that Mr Frazer has heretofore borne a good character and was chosen by Judge Gardner, agent for the distribution of supplies in Bibb Co.

I enclose a communication from Judge Gardner as to the murder reported by Mr Tompkins, and would ask your attention to his statement of the whereabouts of Walter Barrett the murderer.
