Statement
Cornelius Diggs - now living at the Stores 464 - 14th Street. His mothers name is Sukey Pleasants and his fathers Simon Pleasants and the parents are in Alabama.
If any means can be used to find the boys mother it would be a favor conferred on Mrs Southal 464 - 14th Street Washington DC. any expenses will be cheerfully paid.
