Major:
The bearer of this Mrs Smith, states that she has a sister, who is  very ill = at Mr Ballards plantation on the Mobile Road, - who is in need of attention, and requests the use of an Ambulance to bring her to the City.

I would most respectfully request that she be furnished the same, if consistent.
