Green Parker being sworn on the part of the state and says that on Last Thursday night he saw his son Harrison witness say his son told him that some one had troubled him the night before and [[strikethrough]] wanted [[/strikethrough]] he was going to tell Maj Hunter about it witness says he told Harrison not to go that he would go and for the purpose of getting assistance for fear they might make another attacked witness says he told Harrison to go home and have evry thing ready by the time he returned he states that he meant by we Maj Hunter and his party - witness says that the destinct understanding when he and his son parted that he (Green) was to go after Maj Hunter and his party and return for the purpose of defending [[strikethrough]] them [[/strikethrough]] him (Harrison).

Cross Ex - Witness says he did not tell Harrison positively he was going to get Maj Hunter but that he would try - and when Harrison left him he had not seen Maj Hunter
