J [[N?]] Aslin Sworn in the part of the state and says - That on the morning of the 12th he saw Sonny at the [[strikethrough]] Tatum House in this County [[/strikethrough]] Seriously wounded by a gun shot. He gives it as his professional opinion that [[strikethrough]] I [[/strikethrough]] it was a gun shot wound and that he could die from said wound. The boy Sonny he found about two Hundred yds from the tatum House at [[?]] [[?]] He says that he stated to Sonny that it was a very serious wound and would like to know the facts of the case.
He says that Sonny told him he [[went]] from west [[?]] with Maj Hunter for the purpose of aresting some  parties He says the accused said he was afraid that someone [[strikethrough]] was [[/strikethrough]] would troubled him the reason he was on guard and was going to defend his [[strikethrough]] there [[/strikethrough]] Liberty. He says that Harrison admited that his Brothers were in the House [[strikethrough]] He says [[/strikethrough]] also that his Bro Jim did shoot [[strikethrough]]fire from the house [[/strikethrough]] and Allen Swarford Dr says he does not know wheather the party is dead or not but believes that he could die. Dr says that Sonny told him that they wish for purpose of arresting Horbison Lawrence Jasper Grady and someone else.
