Hunter while Agent at Bluffton, Ala, who never informed this office that there was a house there which had been bilt by the Bureau, and I did not know anything of it till I was in Bluffton a few days ago. for the purpose of establishing a school. Mrs. Jenkins school has been closed and I would respectfully recommend that the rent due her, for Nov, not be paid as her school did but little good and I am informed that her Moral Character is very bad, and her conduct has been likewise.
