I have the honor herewith to report, that I will this day start to Gadsden, Bain County, for the purpose of collecting an Act, against Mr Danial. C. Moor, of Gadsden in favor of Freedmen. In compliance with endorsement from your Office, dated, March 30th 1868. I will return immediately upon completing my duties at that place.
