I would respectfully report that William McKibbin clerk in the Bureau R F & A L reported to me for duty on the 7th inst, in compliance with Special Ooder No. 42 and about 3 Oc on yesterday he very unceremoniously left the Office with considerable of unfinished business on his desk, at 8 Oc last night he appeared at my boarding house in a disgrasefull drunken condition eat his Supper, and I have not seen him since but I am informed by the Judge of Probate that he: McKibbin has this day applied for licence to run a keno bank. I would respectfully ask that McKibbin be relieved at
