Respectfully forwarded to Capt G.K. Sanderson A.A.A. Genl. Montgomery Ala Mr. McKibbon absented himself from my office without leave on the 7th Inst. Came to my Boarding house on same night Drunk eat his supper & to the knowledge of all the inmates of the house he (McKibbon) made a dishonorable proposal to the Colored Servant Girl at the House on the following day applied to the Judge of Probate for a license to operate what is known as a Keno Bank. Since then he has been continually drunk and associated only with the most reckless persons and the within will explain his Course towards the Bureau during the time. 

I would respectfully reccommend that he be dishonorably dismissed from the service to date from the Sixth Inst.
