I have the honor to recommend the appointment as agent of the Bureau R.F. & A.L. for Sumter County in this Sub District John L. Stelzig he was an officer in the 185th Ohio Vol. Infantry and in my opinion is well qualified to fill the position, the interest of the Bureau require a good agent in the above named County.
