The undersigned Petitioner respectfully represents the following state of facts for the consideration of the General Commanding. 
That on the 10th day of May AD 1860 Leonard C Harrison recovered of your petitioner and others a Judgement in the circuit court of Barbour County for the sum of Six thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy-three & 25/100 Dollars that your petitioner was only a security on the claim for which the Judgement was held up until since the war. That the principals in the Judgement were solvent at the time the Judgement was rendered and for several years thereafter. That since the war execution has been issued on said Judgement and several payments have been made on said Judgement, but that no sale of property since the war has ever been made although several executions have been issued and placed in the hands of the Sheriff. That execution is now in the hands of L.B. Feagin Sheriff of Barbour County who has been instructed to buy the same upon the property of petitioner and unless the property is replevied or the money paid, the property so levied
