General:
I respectfully forward herewith Transportation Orders, No. 652,, for transportation of Amy Campbell & children, Freedpeople, the same having been requested by letter of J.C. Hendrix, forwarded to this office, approved by your endorsement of date June 29th 1868.
The application mentions three children; one of these being under 4 yrs of age is allowed to travel free & is therefore not named in the order for transportation.
