Edwin Beecher, Superintendent of Education BRF & AL, for the state of Alabama, is hereby authorized to purchase in open market the regulation allowance of Forage for one (1) horse for the months of July, August, and September 1870, or for so much of said period as the same may be required. He will take up and account for the Forage so purchased, and issue his certified vouchers therefor, which should be supported by this order, and forwarded to the Chief Disbursing Officer for payment.
