 The best offer I've had is $100 per front foot cash. The only buyers are those who are looking for give aways and those who are buying income property that is bringing in a good income & will increase in value. Vacant property is going begging. I would not in any case sell all of the 125 feet. The thing to do is to get it leased & hold it for the big value that is sure to come to that block unless the capitalist system goes to pieces which I am not looking for. It is very elastic.
