I have been thinking I might be able to sell 30 or 45 feet of my 75 at say 110 per front foot [[strikethrough]] & get it [[/strikethrough]] cash, with the requirement that a building be put up [[strikethrough]] and [[/strikethrough]] at once & that I retain the use of the community wall. I put it up to an agent and he may be able to get a buyer he thinks. All new buildings [[strikethrough]] now [[/strikethrough]] in the business Zone have to be brick or re-inforced concrete and fire proof. They are expensive to build and business is dull.
