to Market St but there are bus lines here & we have our car. It is very quiet here one good thing about it after that eternal thundering racket of traffic on Arbor Vitae St and we were so close to the street there that it shook the house. You cant believe it I suppose. It [[strikethrough]] we [[/strikethrough]] was such a quiet country street when you were [[strikethrough]] there [[/strikethrough]] here. It was the intersection where you got off the car you know to go to Larch St. and you'd be greatly surprised at Market St. they have to have traffic cops there in the center of town Sat after noons & evenings and are already discussing the necessity of a signal system. Even during these dull times [[strikethrough]] the [[/strikethrough]] building is continuing down the street toward our lots and thank heaven it is! When business revives we expect to get a lease on them. A few blocks up it is leased at $15 a front foot for a 25 foot store space a month. But we cannot start like that. Right in the center of town on a corner, they [[strikethrough]] happ [[/strikethrough]] pay $12 00 per month on a 99 year lease for a vacant lot
