Here are some pitchers of birdies.  I'll send them along with a change of address.  605 E. Arbor Vitae St Inglewood.  You remember this street don't you?  When you got [[?]] the car.  We are here to sell a house we took over in a foreclosure of a mortgage.  We have had it rented for several months & now that the year for redemption is up & they haven't redeemed it we can sell it.  It is not in a very saleable condition & it will take some brain and brawn to make it attractive for sale
