You made no comment on my announcement of intention to go to Virginia. We have picked on Richmond in "the fertile James River Valley." Do you know any thing about it? We've had the C. of C. stuff and talked with one or two who have lived there but would like more information & I'm enclosing a questionnaire for you to fill out please. E wants to have a farm & raise hogs. Agriculture is his line. He loves the work & from the time he was a little boy on his father's ranch he has been interested in live stock. He is really quite a wizard in that way. He can pick out a chicken, horse, mule, cow or hog as you pounce on a parsite or Doris a beetle. He
