Dear folks,
Your big package arrived yesterday. We sent off one to you on Monday afternoon and were assured that it would arrive in about five days, which your package did. You are also to receive a package from Washington, D.C. and if it does not come I shall have to get after the store who promised to send it at Christmas- tho' I don't know what their idea of the correct date would be.

We have sent off about all of our cards. I did have Helen Geoffrey's address, tho' I wasn't sure of other people's. So far no food. Lena is still where she was. Robert Beal's daughter Ruthie will probably get her letter forwarded, since she is in the same city altho' married. I have heard from Barbary Sherman this last year- in January, I think. I owe her a letter, I'm afraid. She is in Paris. We have our cards strung across the room as usual, rather pretty. I guess I'll take a picture of them
