chagrined to disover he'd done worse. A fellow he had described as the real brains got an even lower score; so I got to feeling very elated, & reinforced that by doing quite well on this week's quiz too (today; one a week). Maybe physics won't be so hard after all, tho I still feel rather shaky in it. We're studying electricity now & did a circuit experiment last week. I was afraid of getting shocked but discovered that 3 volts can't be felt.

This week end we will get finally caught up and rested & have a little recreation for a change. We are invited to dinner to Bea & Henry's tomorrow night (I play recorder with her).

The weather is quite spring-like today, tho' I haven't been looking for robins & don't suppose there are any here yet anyway. We're too high up to see them on the ground.

Love,
Doris
