Mr. E.P. Frost

Dear Sir:

It is thought best that you should devote your time and efforts to the best development of the School at Gordonsville, and allow Capt. Brandon through his Assistant Supts.,to attend do the wants of the district at large, and make the Summary Report to this office, monthly. I hope this arrangement will relive you of some anxiety and tend to the increase and improvement of your day and night school. In your reports to Capt Brandon, mentien [mention] the attendance upon the night school if you have one, - as U supposed you do.

Very Respy Yours,
R.M. Manly
