Now is it right to put the Winder Building up on 1st St. and have seven school edifices, with accommodations for 2000 schools within a circuit of half a mile, and leave the rest of the city with comparatively nothing? The boarding accommodations at the Bakery may easily be made fully adequate to accommodate all the Boston Teachers and all your, and then have the Winder building located as far down as 10th street if possible, have a school house about 20th St, one at Chimborazo and one at Rochetts, and the work would be well done.
