My Dear Sir:
Will you make an explicit statement of the educational wants of the section of country under immediate knowledge, as far as relates to school-houses.

State the localities where schools might readily be established, the no. of scholars each would have, and the least amount of means (ready money) required to supply any deficiencies to fit up requisite school rooms. How many teachers have you and how many are you to have. Reporting the above facts say whether you can supply the teachers. Your section is a sort of Terra Incognita to me
