I have the honor to forward herewith Special Report of the Names and Locations of Teachers as required in recent orders.

The District Supts. in forwarding their school reports do not send the names of teachers. Hence my report may lack some few names. I hope to have complete returns within a very few days, when I will forward you a supplementary report.
