Rev. Grave Kennedy cor. sec

Dear Sir: The enclosed communications will pretty fairly explain themselves. Cap. O'Neill has previously spoken of Mrs. Boyd as a very useful teacher. Her school is reported as having 54 pupils, avg. attendance 35. I suppose that a small stipend added to what she gets from the people would keep her at work. The other case has strong merits, requires but little money, and would probably soon become self supporting. We should provide a school house when we can see any show any show for teachers. Please return the papers with your action thereon.

Respectfully yours
R.M. Manly
