Dear Sir:
Accept my thanks for the information in regard to new school enterprises which your communication of yesterday contains.
I will send you vouchers in season for your May rent. have not them at hand now. No explanation to Maj White is necessary. He is now out of office. I am the sole Bureau officer remaining.
I forward you some blanks reports with the wish that any others who may be teaching in your neighborhood will report on them. I shall hope to make some allowance under the name of rent (although no rent might strictly be required) to every teacher of respectable qualifications and whose school amounts to something worth the expenditure.
I will be glad to be in communication with any [[strikethrough]] [[?]] [[/strikethrough]] teachers or with parties wishing to establish schools.
Very respy
