Mr. Geo. T. Cook.
Box 28, Warrenton, Va

Sir,
If the terms of the deed by which the School house owned by the Bureau and situated at Warrenton, Va are not accepted by the Board of Trustees, to whom it is proposed to transfer the building, the Bureau will be at liberty to remove the building from the lot on which it at present stands, to some other location that may be provided. If the Trustees do accept the deed, it will bind them not to interfere, in any manner, with the use of the house for school purposes, as the deed itself plainly shows.

Yours respectfully
R.M. Manly
Supt. of Education

C.1, 1st vol 1869.
