Dear Sir: 
The vouchers forwarded for your signature were no mistake, but I ought, at the same time, to have written you an explanation.
I had learned that you had kindly given the use of your building for school purposes, and the rent is designed to go, through you, to the teacher to and in the support of the school. It is better that you should sign the vouchers, as the teachers are liable to be changed from time to time.
You will only need to endorse the government [[strikethrough]] th [[/strikethrough]] checks, which will be sent you, and hand them over to the teacher.
