Sir,
Your letter of 27th inst is received.
The Bureau will aid you to the amount of Ten (10) Dollars per month, commencing from June 1st 1869, so long as your school is as large as reported, and reports are furnished promptly each month on blanks sent you by mail. 
The report had better be made up on the 20th day of each month, in order to give sufficient time for it to reach this office before close of the month
