June 9th 9

Miss E.A. Henry,
Lincoln Village
Near Langley, Fairfax Co Va

Madam,
Your letter of June 6th is received. The package you speak of send simply blanks for school reports & envelopes to enclose them in when ready to be forwarded to this office. The circular was to show you that all reports are never made to me and was sent under the impression that you had not had notice where to send your reports as none have been received.

The envelope was cut in order to save postage as the envelope contained nothing but printed matter - the rate of postage on which is much less than on written matters. Your other letter will receive attention.
