Transcription Notes:
Column entry #2 seems to say Nelson County, the location of New Market, in Virginia. But New Market is in Shenandoah County {since the 1700's), Va. Maybe another set of eyes can see a more accurate solution to this one. 2. Definitely says Nelson County. New Market is now called Norwood - see https://www.dhr.virginia.gov/pdf_files/SpecialCollections/NE-009_Historic_Resources_Identification_and_Assessment_Nelson_County_1993.pdf
