Dear Sir:

I sent you this morning, as freight by the Ch. & O. R.R. a school desk, such as we use extensively here.  It is cheap, comfortable and good enough for all the rooms of your school house except the Normal [Mrs. Cheney thinks so too] and for that I think they (the Boston folks) will provide something better.

You may have already provided desks, if not you can use the one I send as a model if you like it.  We can get them made here for $2.25 each.
