Dear Minnie

What a disappointment that Mr. Gordon has decided not to show your pictures! Mr. Starr + I are both [[underlined]]very[[underlined]] sorry
Do you remember Miss Kong, Namlin Kong that you met at our apartment? She has some of your pictures. She + I have been talking about trying to have an exhibition of your pictures at our church. I am not sure that we can do it, but we hope to.
If we do have the exhibition, the pictures of course would be for sale. Also it would cost some money, to pay the janitor, send out the announcement in the mail + mount the pictures for hanging, money that the committee will raise if sales do not pay these expenses.
I think the best plan will be to [[underlined]]share[[underlined]] the profits, if there are any, with some group that would sponsor the show. We plan to ask The Jung Foundation if they would sponsor it. The Foundation, you remember, is interested in your work, + its interpretation. Its members might be your best customers!
We want to hear from you about this idea. If we have the show we can't promise a [[underline]]thing[[underline]], but we would hope, at least, to make your art better know.
Our pastor suggested that we might offer to share any profits that [[underlined]]may[[underlined]] be made with the Jung Foundation
