Dear Sir:

I will ask immediately for $75. ($15 more than previously proposed) for the Bonsacks house. So you can go on with the work at once.

Your order for the pipe did not arrive until the [[strikethrough]] pipe [[/strikethrough]] stoves had gone, and the dealer had no means of knowing the exact size of the pipe required. We supposed if the size was not correct, you would have a tapering joint made — a very common arrangement. The stoves cost $6. each and the pipe cost $3. If you cannot use the pipe sell it for what it will bring and I will make all right. I rember about New River, but I am unable to find a teacher and a teacher's support.

Your Truly
R M Manly
