J. W. Alvord Esq.
Gen'l. Supt of Ed.

Sir,
Before the Rental account of the Am. Mis. Assn. for quarter ending Dec. 31st 1890 (forwarded) to Washington Feb 14th 1870) was approved. The Church Hill School taught by Miss S. H. Clark was erased so as not to delay a/c, there being no report from the school. This and the failure of the average attendance of other schools to cover the account charged, by our attendance of 30 pupils for each school, caused its approval for the $100 less than the account charged.

Since the account was forwarded, the Assn. have forwarded a supplementary a/c with reports covering the "Church Hill School", and two other, schools not charged, in the previous account, and have requested that the $100 above named be now allowed
