Dear Sir:

I am sorry to be obliged to inform you that it is impossible for me to find any more competent colored teachers. The demand is great and the supply is exhausted. I have no knowledge of the school taught by Miss King. It has not been reported. What Society, if any sends her out? I could extend some aid to her if she would [[illegible?]] provided she is not already receiving Govt. aid. I send her blanks for reports today. Please request her for that, to send Report for Feb immediately, and for March at the end of the month.

Yours truly
R.M. Manly
Supt.
