Dear Sir:

In reply to yours of the 13th which is just recd.  I can only say that in my opinion, the best thing to do is to close the school at once. If the people do not pay your board there is nobody to pay it. The Bureau can do no more than it is doing.  The only way to teach the people their duty is to have them without a school until they are willing to bear their burden.
