Association, the Normal School could enjoy the benefits of the rents, so long as the question of title was thought to be embarrassing, and thereby selling the property, in parcels, and on time, if necessary, its true value would be realized.
I respectfully submit that such a dispose of this property is not only the method to make the most of it, but accomplishes the most good, by aiding in giving permancy to a model institution of learning in this city.
If however there are legal obstacles to the disposition of the property, of which I am not aware, or if the Commissioner does not oppose the request, then I recommend the sale.
I am, General
Very respectfully
