top of the table is a continuation from the bottom of the previous image - 309. * I think I reopened almost all 101 pages of this set. Whoever was doing this before me didn't know how to do a table, and the reviewer didn't fix it. Also, used "v" instead of a capital "V" in "Vol."; didn't put in the |---| under the headings; used |---| in empty cells, and wrote pages as ex: 201-02. Used "+" instead of "&". So both transcriber and reviewer didn't fix these. That is a lot of work to redo these.
