Webber, be relieved from duty as Asst, Supt of Education for VA, and that Saml H. Jones be appointed in his stead, at a salary of $100.00/00 per month) with copy of S.O. 177, Ex 2 of this date relieving E.M. Webber from duty as Assistant Supt of Education.
