Old brick, bring but little at auctions Major White sold a large lot in the city at about $2.00 per [[crossed-out]] M [[/crossed-out]]. But in building, a [[crossed-out]] M [[/crossed-out]]. old will save a [[crossed-out]] M [[/crossed-out]] new with $10.00. The Dills Bakery buildings would bring nothing if sold with the lands or sold to remain on the ground, because

the heirs of Dill claim the property on the alledged ground that it was sold to the Confederate States under threats.  They will not contest this matter while the U.S. is a party to the suit, but will when they can try it in the State Courts.  I think the material as for within had much better be put into a school house.
