You will notice for the Butler School I have charged seventy dollars ($70.) per month rent - The rate for the four (4) teachers would be only forty dollars ($40) The additional thirty dollars ($30.) is to balance the Norfolk rent. You will also notice at Norfolk, I have charged fifty dollars ($50.) on the Calvert St. house which is ours - whereas we are entitled to eighty dollars ($80) per month on Norfolk Schools.
Mrs. M. N. Parker, at Alexandria, I fear has not reported to you her Industrial School. If not, please send her blanks and she will make the report now for the three months.
