Dear Sir
I enclose you a certified copy of the deed of the lot at Lovettsville on which is to be erected the colored school house. I am going to Lovettsville on Saturday please send me the funds by return mail as the parties are very anxious to get to work. If you send a check please send on Baltomore or NY otherwis we may have trouble to have it cashed.
