Meyer and known as the Millfield" containing about one half an acre more or less, for School purposes, for the term of six years. But it now appears that the above contract is of no avail.  There seems to have been a deeded trust, that Rested upon everything that said Meyer possessed, prior to the formation of their contract.  Though their contract was Recorded and Witnessed before the Magistrate that presided over this district, they had furnished them the Sum of fifty ($50.00) dollars. of the government:- and they seem to be very much put out about it. Thus I thought I would endeavor to inform you of matters how
