Mr. O.S.B. Wall never had any power to "authorize th etrustees to employ a teacher", neverless I would recommend that rent be paid in the school house at the rate of six (6) dollars 

per month from Jan 1st to May 31st 1869, provided the owners of the church will pay said allowance of rent to Miss E.A. Henry for her services as teacher for the five (5) months ending May 31st 1869 -
